Service Description

Zoom is the default video conferencing tool. The client may select an alternative, i.e. VSee Messenger, Skype, Facetime, or Google Hangouts, or phone. For those with a priority for privacy, please note that VSee is the secure video platform that Eric uses and can be downloaded for free.

Cancellation Policy

If something comes up and you can't make the original time, please take swift action so we can support you and other clients. - You may reschedule online up to 12 hours of the appointment time. If you need to rebook within 12 hours, please contact Eric for assistance. - You may cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment time with a full refund for the session. Any cancelations less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% refund of the session fee.
