Service Description
We find a phone call makes it easy for prospective clients to warm up and chat with Eric and Kira. If you prefer video conferencing, we're happy to set up a Zoom.
Cancellation Policy
If something comes up and you can't make the original time, please take swift action so we can support you and other clients. - You may reschedule online up to 12 hours of the appointment time. If you need to rebook within 12 hours, please contact Eric for assistance. - You may cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment time with a full refund for the session. Any cancelations less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% refund of the session fee.
