Service Description
A phone call makes it easy for prospective clients to chat with Eric and Kira. Clients can indicate a preference for video conferencing, with Zoom as the default service.
Cancellation Policy
If something comes up and you can't make the original time, please take swift action so we can support you and other clients. - You may reschedule online up to 12 hours of the appointment time. If you need to rebook within 12 hours, please contact Eric for assistance. - You may cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment time with a full refund for the session. Any cancelations less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% refund of the session fee.
